Don’t worry; this service comes at no extra charge to you, either. If you’re located outside of South East Queensland, we’ll meet with you online.

Schedule a two-hour meeting with one of our advisers. If you’re based in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, or Toowoomba, we can meet you at your home or wherever is convenient for you.
If you’re anywhere else across Australia, we can meet over the phone or via video call.
We’ll offer you specific, personalised advice in the meeting so you know what to do immediately.
Our adviser will assist you with completing the Centrelink forms on the spot and we’ll then follow up with a written Statement of Advice within 4 business days.

When you meet with us, you’ll get advice on the spot including the completion of the Centrelink forms. Four days later, we’ll send you a Statement of Advice that covers all the information and numbers we discussed in our meeting. Other financial advisers in the aged care industry will have the initial meeting and then go away to complete written advice. They’ll send this two weeks later, and they generally don’t complete those Centrelink forms for you.
